Even though Cardhopper is freeware, there are a few points to take into account. This contract is part of the download as well.

Contract:

1. The software must not be changed.
2. The authors information in the program and the additional texts must not be changed or removed.
   (The software has to be passed on with all the documents delivered with it.)
3. If bought on a data carrier, the costs are for shipment and not the software.
   If the software is on a data carrier with a collection of other software it still remains free of cost. (You are allowed to copy and pass on this software but must not charge for it.)
   Notice, if bought in a software bundle which contains this software, this contract will stay legally binding. With the purchase of the software bundle, there is no entitlement of warranty or support on this software and this contract remains unaffected.
4. Not withstanding which way the software is acquired, there is no entitlement of warranty or support.
5. This software can be passed on as added software with other products.
6. This software was programmed conscientiously and carefully. Still, with the variety of systems errors might occur. Any damage caused by the use of this software is on the responsibility of the user.
7. You must be entitled to install and run this software on a computer. If not, then you must not install or run this software!
   Make a backup of your data and create a system recovery media, before you install this software.
   If you recognize fatal errors, please send a description to cardhopper@kaineuhaus.net.
8. It is possible, that some regulations in this contract are not liable in some countries. If you are living in such an country, then you must not download or run this software on your or any computer!
